Transformation and Healing: The Art of Suffering

We have reached capacity and can no longer register any more people.  Please consider joining our Public Talk on Sept 12.

All students, faculty and staff of Columbia University are invited to a Day Retreat offered by the senior teaching monastics of Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh's community, hosted by the Union Theological Seminary of Columbia University.

We will practice guided sitting meditation and walking meditation, offer a Dharma talk, deep relaxation and will share a mindful picnic together.  There will also be an opportunity for Q&A with the monastics and time for discussion in break-out groups.  This event is only open to the students, faculty and staff of Columbia University.

Bring a meditation cushion and a vegetarian picnic lunch
