Dear beloved Community.

How are you? I hope you are doing very well.

Spring is entering into summer and we have good news to share with you.

At this time, we, the nuns at Blue Cliff Monastery, are preparing to rebuild our new building for nunnery from the very old existing structure Moon Lake building.

The total cost for construction is approximately $2,500,000 dollars. We have been successful to raise $700,000 dollars already, and we request your support to consider giving us an interest free loan, if possible? We are happy to return the loan funds within three years of the construction.

We have been approached by two generous donors already. One donor who wishes to be an anonymous donor will contribute $25,000 dollars if Blue Cliff Monastery is able to raise $25,000 after May 2023.

Another donor has offered to match contributions of $500,000 for our capital funds drive if new donations are received after May 2023.

We are grateful for the support. Now would you be willing to help our loan project? We are also requesting other centers practicing in the Plum Village tradition.
