Blue Cliff Monastery offers individuals, families, and small groups a unique opportunity to practice with the community and enjoy the daily schedule of the monastery such as sitting meditation, walking meditation, working meditation, and mindful eating.
Seasonal Retreats must begin on a Friday, with a minimum 2 night stay. Seasonal Retreats are not available during, immediately before and after a Themed Retreat.
