Mindfulness isn't just for retreats in the countryside. It is something that we can cultivate anytime, anywhere - even in the middle of the city! Join 50 monastics from Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh's community to practice mindfulness practice in the heart of Manhattan.
Meet at ABC Home at 10:30am for a 30' guided sitting meditation followed by walking meditation outdoors where we will practice a short sitting meditation and eating meditation. We will return to ABC Home for a deep relaxation at 2pm.
Open to new and experienced practitioners. Join us for any or all parts of the program!

This event is part of the Miracle of Mindfulness Tour 2015, marking the 40th anniversary of the publication of Thich Nhat Hanh’s pioneering first book, The Miracle of Mindfulness, which first introduced mindfulness to a broad audience in the West.
