can the Dharma enter your art? Musicians, poets, writers, visual
artists, performing artists, movement artists… we welcome your presence

our creativity.
What is our creativity and its sources?
How do they relate to our suffering and well-being?
How can mindfulness deepen, feed, and open our creative sources?
How can our at nourish ourselves, others, and community?
Rooted in the basic practices of mindfulness in the
tradition of the Ven. Thich Nhat Hanh, we will explore how art can feed
and nourish our creative sources and our well-being. The rhythm of the
retreat will be retreat will be practices alternating between silent
