In our current lifestyle there are so many different things available and choices to make. Our time is too strained, we are too busy. We juggle our time and energy between our relationships with family, friends, work, and leisure. Our body also suffer from the abundance of choice; food, eateries, restaurants, and lack of time, or lack of energy to take good care of our body has affected us physically. Our mind, body, and spirit have become dispersed and out of balance. Yet for our well being, this depends on our being in balance.
For well being we need to return to a Mindful way of living. Mindfulness can help us to stop, to look deeply at our state of being and recognize the causes of our imbalance, and to guide us in making the right choices for our lives. In this retreat we will return to nature and to a simple way of living. We will learn how to nourish our body, mind, and spirit by cultivating the energy of mindfulness and re-discover that our well being lies in what is freely available to us in every moment of our lives.
